• With other users of the Service as needed to provide the Service (for example, your vehicle information, flight plan information, and telemetry data).

• With vendors or partners as needed to provide our Services (for example, for users of our LAANC authorization service, we share information with the LAANC program necessary to request flight authorizations on your behalf).

• With third party apps and websites that integrate with our API or Services, or those with an API or Service with which we integrate. Your information may either be shared for purposes of providing a specific service on your behalf, or may otherwise be anonymized for purposes of aggregating information with other user information to provide or enhance the Services.

• With vendors, consultants, advisors and other service providers who need access to such information to carry out data processing or other work on our behalf.

• In response to a request for information issued by a competent authority if we believe disclosure is in accordance with, or is otherwise required by, any applicable law, regulation, or legal process.

This Policy does not address the information practices of any third party or other Airbus-affiliated entity.
